SCHEDULE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with the Buell Schedule Team to manage Schedule email communication with clients, court reporters, videographers, and interpreters.

2. Enter and manage schedule requests for legal proceedings such as depositions, arbitrations, interviews, and more.

3. Coordinate legal proceeding coverage on a local and national scale.

4. Schedule conference rooms and interpreters as requested.

5. Provide quotes, invoices, and statements to clients as requested for litigation support services.

6. Enter requests for time off from court reporters and videographers.

7. Process transcript order requests.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Outstanding attention to detail and highly accurate data entry.

- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment.

- Communicate effectively with office staff, court reporters, videographers, and clients.

- Experience with and knowledge of computers.

- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally through active coaching and mentoring.

HOURS: 40 hours/week

No phone calls or recruiter referrals

Compensation: Competitive salary (DOE) + Benefits

Employment: Full-time position, either in person or remote
